How to File a Complaint

Your notice must include all of the following information:

1. Your details
   Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Description of your work
   Identify the copyrighted content. If more than one work is involved, you may provide a representative list.
3. Location of the material
   The exact URL(s) on fuckdolltube where the infringing content is found.
4. Good faith statement
   A declaration that you believe, in good faith, that the material is not authorized by you, your representative, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
   Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
6. Signature
   A typed name or an electronic/physical signature is acceptable.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed incorrectly, you may file a counter-notification using our contact form. It must include:

1. Your complete contact details.
2. Identification of the material removed and its previous location on fuckdolltube.
3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where fuckdolltube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We may reinstate the content within 10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless we are informed that legal proceedings have begun.

Repeat Offenders

Users who continually upload infringing content risk suspension or permanent termination of their accounts. We may also remove infringing material without prior notice.

False Claims Warning
